Accessibility statement

Last updated: 2026-09-10

Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, recognizing that many visitors — including people managing diabetes-related vision changes — rely on accessible design. This is a stated goal we build and test against, not a claim of a completed independent audit.

What’s in place today

  • Keyboard-operable navigation and interactive elements (including the FAQ accordion), with a visible focus state.
  • Descriptive alt text on images.
  • The glucometer demonstration supports Enter or Space to replay, and a static alternative for reduced-motion and unsupported devices.
  • Respect for your device’s reduced-motion setting, including on the homepage’s animated visualization.
  • Text that scales with your browser’s zoom/font-size settings.
